Dance Studio Policies

All dance lesson packages and dance passes are prepaid in full using any major credit card. Cash only for walk in students.

-All single or "Pay as You Go" dance class purchases must be used within 1 month of purchase date unless otherwise stated on your pass or agreement.

-To ensure availability, package dance lesson times must be booked in advance- at least one at a time, or all of them if you are able to stick to a schedule.

- All Classes, and Class Packages, have an expiration date, and must be completed by the end date mentioned on the class package card. If you are unable to complete you class or package before the specified time on the package card due to an illness, injury or any other circumstances you must notify the instructor or management, ( not the studio ) ASAP.

- Dance class time & prices are subject to change at anytime

- Depending on your location, travel time will be added if you are requesting private or group lesson at your home or any location other than our studio. Local clients will not pay travel time fee.


NO Refunds:

- There is no refund on package dance lessons

- There is no refund on prepaid passes after the session has started.

- Private dance lessons must be canceled via telephone within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson time.

- Dance Lessons that are canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be billed and are non-refundable.

- If we are able to fill your canceled slot then we will be happy to waive the cancellation fee for you.

- In the event you need to reschedule, please email or call us as far in advance as possible, and you will not be charged for a cancelled/changed dance lesson if it's more then 24 hours in advance.
